Negus Crescent, Watson

The objective of this project was to provide our client with a modern design that went beyond the usual standard expectations of a family home. With limited space and an oddly shaped block, the aim was to maximise the usable floor area to ensure a feeling of large open spaces throughout whilst still maintaining a usable outdoor area. This elegant yet modern home comprises 3 bedrooms with a generous master bedroom, 2 living spaces, 2.5 baths, and a large double garage. The beautiful open-plan kitchen captures an abundance of natural light through its large, well-positioned doubleglazed windows, giving the space a feel of luxury and sophistication all in one. The landscaping contains a beautiful mix of Gardenias, Magnolias, and Viburnums which are split up with the use of ornamental pear and silver birch trees which helps carry the feel of elegance from the inside of the home to the outside.
