Nestled in Canberra’s leafy Inner South, we created a new family home that was anything but typical.
We were briefed to create a space that felt like a stylish warehouse yet didn’t take away from being an elegant home. With so much space to work with, we delivered a four bedroom, three bathroom home with a study and theatre.
Monochrome tones teamed with bright pops of colour were used both downstairs and upstairs, aptly joined by a statement bright green perforated steel staircase.
Concrete was used extensively throughout the build – both the interior and exterior – to bring to life the warehouse vision, in the most impactful of ways. From a concrete fireplace in the living room and polished concrete floors throughout, to a textured concrete wall in the garage – and everything in between.
Large windows ensure all of the light on offer was captured, and helped to create the ultimate sense of space.
Outside, the style continues with an outdoor entertaining area and pool, as well as plenty of garden.
